Welcome to our FAQ page, where we've compiled answers to some of the most common questions about our gaming trailer services. If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to contact us directly - we're here to help!

What games are available in your gaming trailer?
We offer a big variety of games, from the ultimate N64 classics to some of the hottest games like Fortnite! We have something for everyone, you can see most of the games we have available to play here.
How many players can participate at once?
We offer up to 7 screens for play at once, we can set up some of those screens to play up to four players at once depending on the game being played.
Do you provide staff to assist during the event?
There is a gaming coach that will be on site to help with the event, the gaming coach can answer all questions that may arise and are there to assist in any way possible.
Do you require access to electricity and Wi-Fi at the event location?
No! We provide the electricity and Wifi. Most of our competitors actually charge for Wifi, we're proud to announce it as a free service with any booking!
Are there any additional costs or hidden fees?
All costs will be highlighted in the invoice that you receive after booking has been confirmed. If requesting a custom quote, all fees will be highlighted in that quote. NOTE the delivery charge outside of the free delivery radius.
Can we customize the gaming experience for our event?
Yes! We do have a custom quote package option, this will allow you to work 1 on 1 with our event coordinator to ensure your event is perfect.
Do you have any special packages?
We currently offer a Fortnite package which can be set up to host a tournament. We also offer custom packages as well. Contact us to learn more and how to set that up. Contact
What is your cancellation policy?

Do coaches moderate game play and split time?
Our gaming coaches are in place to help with the event, we do ask adults to moderate children and to help in the event of any disputes.
Our gaming coaches will also help ensure a smooth flow in any tournament brackets that may be constructed.
Is there a delivery charge?
There is no delivery charge unless your event is more than 35 miles of Poplar Bluff, MO. The delivery charge outside of that is $1 per mile.
What are the key differences between base and ultimate packages?
The Ultimate package offers 2 additional TVs, a throwback console, 2 Nintendo Switches, and a Wii console.
How far in advance should we book?
You can book at anytime as long as we have the opening, please refer to the Booking policy for any additional booking info.
